To Hold Paradise

Hey there. I wrote this in class today, and I'm not sure if I will elaborate on it, but for the time being, I like it just like this.

To Hold Paradise
Hold thy grief in hands palm tree,
Grains falling from hour glass onto thine scarred fingertips,
The break is just beyond your grasp.
Calm waters out of reach.
Still unable to hold paradise,
Her hand takes the place of ink inspired beaches,
Words caught in her sunbathed skin.
